Healthy Yummy Lunch!

Yup this is one of those food posts...but I'll keep it short.

My lunch today was from Tesco's- a Roasted vegetables with rice and lots of different nuts/salad

Yum yum, I always feel refreshed after eating nutritious food :-D

(That purple blob is a red onion!)

This drink is so refreshing!
